Thus, we now want to create a critical mass of ?????? ???? ?????? rural women in Bundelkhand - a region with troubling gender inequality indicators.

We want to mobilise key stakeholders and resources at three different levels : state, district & village. We want to create different cultural environment in villages and businesses that celebrates rural women's potential.

With the funds in this campaign, we hope to do the following activities:

1. Village Level: Field visits to understand to find a suitable/appropriate home for Sajhe's headquarters in Bundelkhand and choose village clusters to kickstart Sapna Centers. We want to establish at least 3 centers to test replicability of our model.
2. District Level: Establish relationships with government agencies especially District Skills Mission offices, local businesses & panchayats to launch Kaabil, Kamau, Kamyaab.
3. State Level: Pursue policy advocacy at the state level to implement government's employment schemes such as PM Internship Scheme in villages.

If all goes well, we hope to see three key results over the years:

1. % increase of rural women getting into steady workforce after finishing 12th.
2. % increase for villages where women's marriages are delayed at least by 2 yrs
3. % increase for businesses who are actively hiring rural women.

This feels like starting Sajhe all over again. We are counting on you to help us experiment, fail, to discover.

Help us innovate to go break the mould of silai-kadai-bunai with rural women, for rural women. Help us shift the narrative about rural women from their pain to potential.
